Do you acknowledge that your training course provided by Sabby Beauty is a certification on how to properly perform our services, and you must follow the guidelines by your state/city/county to obtain your license/permit, if needed.

I understand and agree to ALL of the cancellation policies terms listed below ?

  • a 24hr cancellation is required for all appointments or classes, and same day cancellations will result in being charged half of the initial price and a new deposit will have to be paid for a new appointment or to attend a new class.
  • No call No show will result in charging all of the balance due for the class i registered or the service i booked an appointment for and a new deposit will have to be paid for a new appointment date or to attend a new class.
  • If i cannot make it to my appointment or class i will call to be rescheduled at least 2 weeks in advance if possible.
  • I will arrive on time to my scheduled appointment or class date. After 5 mins there will be a $20 late fee added to my balance. After 15 mins, i will forfeit my deposit and will have to reschedule with a new deposit if artist or trainer cannot get me in due to conflict of scheduling because I was more than 15 mins late.

  • I will NOT bring any extra guests due to distractions, safety & cross contamination risks
  • I will NOT bring any children to appointment due to distractions, safety & cross contamination risks
  • I will NOT record any parts of my service or training class.
  • I will NOT use my cell phone while being serviced or during my training class unless a true emergency.
  • I will NOT be disruptive during my service or training class.
  • I understand that any artist or training at Sabby Beauty INC has the right to refuse service at anytime.
