• Must bring your own model for Training (you will be more comfortable working on someone you know & you will need to do their touch up appointments).
• Refund/Return Policy: All of our packages, auto-pays, and gift certificates are not transferable to other clients, and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. Also, we do not offer cash refunds for our packages, auto-pays, or gift certificates, however we will honor an equal exchange (credit) for other services within our facilities.

If you have not received your refund:
- check your bank account one more time.
- contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is issued.
- contact your bank. Each bank has their own processing time before a refund is issued.

Your Machine & Other tools should be handled with extreme care. I can not replace any items that were damaged by misuse or any fault of your own.
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.
