Cancellation Policy

Please make sure your name, phone number is correct. We will be sending you consent, waiver forms and updates.

  • Please arrive on time to your appointments or training class. After 5 minutes there will be a $20 late fee, more than 15 minutes you will forfeit your deposit and you will have to reschedule with a new deposit.
  • Please be respectful of my time and others, please be mindful that when you’re late we have to push back our next appointment.
  • PRE-BOOK YOUR TOUCHUP APPOINTMENT IMMEDIATELY AFTER SERVICE TO ENSURE YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT.
  • IF YOU HAVE YOU’VE HAD PREVIOUS WORK DONE YOU MUST SUBMIT PHOTOS VIA EMAIL PRIOR TO BOOKING FOR APPROVAL.
  • Deposits required.
  • All deposits are non-refundable & non transferable.
  • ALL Trainings deposits & Tuitions are are Non-refundable & non transferable
    • Cash ONLY for remaining balance of ALL TRAINING CLASSES
    • All contents of training manuals are copyrighted & cannot be duplicated.

  • NO call/No shows will be be charged full price of service or training.
    • IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE IT TO YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE APPOINTMENT DATE PLEASE CALL TO BE RESCHEDULED AT LEAST 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE
    • 24-hr cancellation required for all appointments
    • Pre-book your appointments after your service To ensure you have an appointment.
  • No cell phone use during class or while being serviced.
  • No outside conversations or disruptive behaviors during class will be tolerated!!
    • Please Come With an open mind & eager to learn
    • Must bring your own model for Training (you will be more comfortable working on someone you know & you will need to do their touch up appointments)

NO Refunds on services, Deposits or Training Classes

NO CALL NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN CHARGING ALL OF INITIAL PRICE AND A NEW DEPOSIT WILL HAVE TO BE PAID FOR A NEW APPOINTMENT.

CANCELLATION THE SAME DAY AS APPOINTMENTS WILL RESULT IN CHARGING HALF OF INITIAL PRICE AND A NEW DEPOSIT WILL HAVE TO BE PAID FOR A NEW APPOINTMENT.
